In accordance with the regulations implementing the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA) as amended, notification is hereby given that NMFS has issued an incidental harassment authorization (IHA) to the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to incidentally harass marine mammals during geotechnical drilling in St. George, Alaska.

This authorization is effective from April 15, 2025 through June 15, 2025.
