Seth Meyers Has 'No F**king Idea' What's Going On In Trump's Latest Bonkers Tangent

5 hours ago 1

Donald Trump went on a wild, rambling tangent Monday when he started riffing — during a press conference ostensibly on his executive order that seeks to lower drug prices — about a “brilliant” overweight businessman friend who “most of you would have heard of” who took, as the president put it, “the fat shot drug.”

“In the annals of presidential history, we had FDR’s fireside chats, JFK’s inaugural address and now Donald Trump saying, ‘My overweight friend takes the fat shot drug,’” cracked “Late Night” host Seth Meyers.

Trump continued by claiming the unnamed friend once called him from London to let him know that he was paying much, much less for the so-called “damn fat drug” there than he was paying for it in America. And he reportedly asked Trump, “What the hell is going on?”

Meyers deadpanned in response: “I have no fucking idea.”

“This is half a story and half a game of charades,” he added.
