Notice of intent to prepare a supplemental environmental impact statement.

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) announces its intent to prepare a supplemental environmental impact statement (EIS) for Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) Oil and Gas Lease Sale 258 in the Cook Inlet Planning Area, Alaska. BOEM takes this action consistent with the regulations and guidance implementing the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969, as amended.
