Miss Rachel lashes out at political leaders over 'silence' on Gaza, accuses them of 'anti-Palestinian racism'

The well-known content creator Rachel Griffin Accurso, otherwise known as Miss Rachel, online, has said that her pro-Palestinian activism is not controversial, and lashed out at political figures who have remained "silent" on the issue. This came after she had a segment on her show with a little Palestinian girl who is now a refugee in the US.

The segment was featured on CNN, showing Ms. Rachel moved by having these young fans. She said she didn't know that she had this audience. She has been posting about Gaza since after the war began in Israel, after Hamas terrorists launched a massacre of Israelis. She said the backlash against her has been "hurtful."

"I care deeply about all children," she said, noting that this was not isolated to one religion or group.

She posted a video to social media in which she went on a long tangent about how much shame different political figures should feel about death happening in Gaza. "Be so ashamed of your silence. Be so ashamed that you've seen the same images and videos that we've all seen, but they haven't moved you to do the right thing," she said.

"The doctor who had her nine children come to her who had been killed. You saw the little girl walking through the fire. You could see her little ponytail. Be so ashamed that you normally speak out for human rights. You normally speak out for children everywhere, but you won't now because they're Palestinian," she added, further accusing political leaders of not caring about what happens to children in the region.

She then claimed that political figures have an "anti-Palestinian racism" and claimed that politicians in America do not "see Palestinian people or their children as the same as us and our children."

"You think their babies don't like peekaboo and don't smile when they see someone they love, and don't cry the same. Be so ashamed that your constituents are begging and pleading for you to say something and do something, and you just ignore us," she claimed.

Last month, StopAntisemitism requested that the DOJ investigate Accurso is "being funded by a foreign party to push anti-Israel propaganda to skew public opinion," NBC News reported. The pro-Israel organization added at the time that she is "an amplifier of Hamas propaganda," and that she frequently shares false statistics and data surrounding the number of deaths in Gaza.

In the video, she accused American politicians are putting their career above "precious children of God" and added that they are being "silent" over the deaths happening.
