Medicare and Medicaid Programs: Application From the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) for Continued Approval of Its Hospice Accreditation Program

This proposed notice acknowledges the receipt of an application from the Accreditation Commission for Health Care, for continued recognition as a national accrediting organization for hospices that wish to participate in the Medicare or Medicaid programs.

To be assured consideration, comments must be received at one of the addresses discussed later in this section, no later than 5 p.m. on July 25, 2025.
