This notice acknowledges the receipt of an application from DNV Healthcare Inc. for initial recognition as a national accrediting organization for Ambulatory Surgical Centers that wish to participate in the Medicare or Medicaid programs.

To be assured consideration, comments must be received at one of the addresses discussed later in this section, no later than 5 p.m. on May 28, 2025.

In commenting, refer to file code CMS-3474-PN. Due to staff and resource limitations, we cannot accept comments by facsimile (FAX) transmission.
