Lawrence O’Donnell Shows Exact Moment Trump Was ‘Humiliated’ By 2 People At Once

3 weeks ago 1

MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell said President Donald Trump made the wrong kind of history on Thursday.

“Donald Trump became the first president in history to get humiliated by two people at the same time,” he said. “With one of them not even being in the room.”

O’Donnell said Trump has been repeatedly “humiliated” in the Oval Office by visiting foreign leaders who’ve called him out to his face.

“It was the German chancellor’s turn to sit beside Donald Trump and humiliate him,” O’Donnell said, by correcting Trump’s “unlimited stupidity” to his face after the president said D-Day was “not a great day.”

O’Donnell called Trump a “vulgar lump of a man.”

But he said that moment of “humiliation” was overshadowed by another one as former “first buddy” Elon Musk turned on Trump in a series of posts on social media.

Trump had been largely silent about Musk ― but that changed on Thursday when he railed against the billionaire during his meeting with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz.

“And then the insanity really started,” O’Donnell said, as Musk fired back at Trump online and the two traded barbs and threats on social media.

O’Donnell called it “the most insane public outburst that has ever occurred between a president of the United States and his biggest money contributor.”
