Notice and request for comments on a reinstatement with change of a previously approved collection of information.
In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), this notice announces that the Information Collection Request (ICR) summarized below will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval. The ICR describes the nature of the information collection and its expected burden. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) seeks public comment about our intention to request the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) approval on the reinstatement with change of a previously approved information collection. A Federal Register Notice with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments on the following information collection was published on December 31, 2024. Two comments were received.
Comments must be submitted on or before June 27, 2025.
