Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is planning to submit an information collection request (ICR), “Certification and Compliance Requirements for Nonroad Spark-Ignition Engines (Renewal)”, EPA ICR Number 1695.15, OMB Control Number 2060-0338 to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act. Before doing so, EPA is soliciting public comments on specific aspects of the proposed information collection request as described below. This is a proposed extension of the Nonroad Spark-Ignition Engines ICR, which is currently approved through December 31, 2025. This notice allows for 60 days for public comments.

Comments must be submitted on or before July 7, 2025.
